Ken Goldberg, author of the Quilt-Work Theory, is an expert in team-based treatment systems and available for inservice training and program consultations. Whether you have an inpatient unit, day treatment program, community health center or child protection agency, he will identify and describe those factors that lead to good treatment and those that cause burnout.
